This marketing firm continues to provide growth opportunities for young adults

By Lesley Silva

Congratulations to our new corporate trainers:  Adelaide, Bianca, and Tevin! Your hard work is well appreciated by our team. Metroplex Management Group has gifted them with new iPads they can take home for personal use.

The last quarter

With the new year wrapping up we are finishing up our expansions and promotions for the year strong as ever. Our head Corporate Trainer, Spencer Hartung, will soon be expanding as a new Director of  Operations in the Colorado Springs area.  We have so much exciting growth happening here!

Promotion opportunities

Metroplex Management Group has a Management Training Program which allows Account Managers to progress into becoming Corporate Trainers within the first couple months! As they get promoted, Corporate Trainers have the opportunity to build and train their very own team.  The Management Training Program takes a little over a year before Corporate Trainers expand as a self-titled business across the nation .

Why we strive to promote

Essentially, our goal is to guide our representatives to grow professionally and personally while they start building their own businesses. We strive to often promote notable work through out the year so our representatives can become their own boss.

Celebrating success

Well earned Adelaide, Bianca, and Tevin- You are one step closer to leading a great team building your own business . We can not wait to see how much more you grow here!

Congratulations on your promotion, Jessica!

We recently did a fun interview with Jessica Josey, who was recently promoted to training manager only one moth after her first day!
Thank you guys for the opportunity to reach my goals and to continue to grow in this company! I am more than flattered to tell you guys on how I reached it and how my “why” will never let me burn out.

What college did you attend and what was/is your major?

After highs school I immediately went to a community college in Tarrant County, and then moved to Hawaii for a Discipleship Training School. Took a business track and led a team to Africa. Major is in business, and one day I hope to run a few companies and rent out homes.

What are some of your favorite hobbies?

Some of my hobbies include traveling, hiking, or doing just about anything outside. I love to write, draw, and paint.

What motivates you to be successful?

What motivates me to be successful is my family. I want to help them out more than anything. My dad lost everything he owned a little after I was born, so the growing up process was a struggle. I strive to give them what they need, since they gave me everything even when they didn’t have anything to give.

What excites you about working here?

A couple of my favorite things about working with Metroplex Management Group would be the atmosphere. The energy everyone puts out. Every morning on the way to work, you know you won’t be dulled out. The management always wants to help you and they are clear with what they say.

What are your long term goals? Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?

Long term goals… well here’s a start. In the next year I hope to run my OWN office. On the sidelines I will be renting out homes (in the near future).
5-10 years I will be fulfilling what most people said was impossible for me. My own home (or a few) family, pets, and so on. My own company or more.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be? why?

If I were to travel ANYWHERE… that’s a hard one cause I’m more than willing to go anywhere. I want to go to Greece, Switzerland and France. I want to go everywhere, because we are so small compared to what the world holds. Everywhere is different, coming to culture and people vs food and adventure.

What would you classify as your favorite music genre?

Favorite movie genre. Depends my mood, but acoustic anything. Jazz, country, worship, so on.

What tips do you find helpful for those looking to succeed in marketing and management?

Act like everyday is your first day. Go in and be excited to learn more. Be more than friendly, be willing to go out and explore.

What advice would you give to those starting out in this business?

If you are starting out a business, get people lined up with you for support and encouragement. You can’t do it by yourself. You’re going to need someone who’s been there and done that so they can mentor you.

What is the best advice you have received?

Best advice I’ve received: love everyone, because nothing gets done with out love.
Unforgivness or anger only hurts yourself and not the other person.

Could you share with us your favorite quote?

“Show me your hands. Do they have scars from giving? Show me your feet. Are they wounded in service? Show me your heart. Have you left a place for divine love?” Fulton J. Sheen
You’re only as strong as your why. Why are you doing this? My goal is to take care of the people who are unable. That’s my why. And as long as I bless others, I know I’ll be blessed in return.
Sincerely, Jessica Josey
